Return Policy

Toys Forever Models & Hobbies accepts returns of new, unused goods in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order when you receive it, contact us by e-mail or telephone or click here to obtain a Return Authorization before returning any merchandise. All returns not accompanied by a Return Authorization will be refused.

If you feel you have received defective merchandise or believe an item you have received is missing parts, please contact Toys Forever Models & Hobbies immediately for instructions. Our customer service representatives will work with you to determine the nature of the defect or missing parts and, if necessary, a course of action for resolution. Many hobby and toy suppliers prefer to handle customer service directly with the consumer and in these cases, we will advise you of the proper course of action for your product upon your contact with us.

Toys Forever Models & Hobbies is not responsible for and we cannot credit or reimburse for, return shipping costs. Any refused shipments not associated with a shipping damage claim will result in any return shipping fees being charged to the customer on the return credit. All return packages must be shipped utilizing factory packaging and packing material that is designed to protect the merchandise during transit. Many hobby items include sensitive electronic components and/or small detail parts and must be handled and shipped with care. ARF, BNF, TxR, RxR and RTF airplanes and similar items are delicate and specially packaged to avoid damage and extra care must be taken to ensure no damage in return shipping. Toys Forever Models & Hobbies is unable to process and credit for returned items that are not properly packed to avoid damage during shipment.

All authorized returned packages to Toys Forever Models & Hobbies must be prepaid and properly insured for the value of the merchandise inside. We do not accept returns via COD service or any other collection method. Packages billing Toys Forever Models & Hobbies without authorization will result in the actual shipping charges being billed back to the sender unless other prior arrangements were made.

Toys Forever Models & Hobbies reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on any merchandise returned for credit.

Examples of used merchandise include, but are not limited to: charging batteries, mounting and/or running fuel through an engine, installing software, removing and/or assembling any parts from trees or sheets in kits, mounting or connection of any radio control equipment, programming or installation of DCC decoders and other similar actions.

Original packaging includes, but is not limited to: complete and intact shrink wrap, uncut factory seals, undamaged poly bags, blisters and/or package headers, intact zip ties, all manuals and paperwork and all factory packing material complete, undamaged and in place. We are unable to process and credit for returned items if any packaging or parts are missing.

Toys Forever Models & Hobbies cannot be responsible for damage caused by user error or crash damage. User error may include, but is not limited to: improper battery connections or voltages, use of improper fuels or improper exposure to moisture or water.

We pack shipments with the utmost in care and use reliable carriers to ensure that items arrive at their destination safely. If, upon delivery of a package, you find obvious damage to the outer carton, please refuse the delivery. In the case that the delivery has already been accepted prior to the discovery of the damage, save all paperwork and packing material, as the carrier may wish to inspect it before processing the claim, and contact Toys Forever Models & Hobbies immediately, we will work with the carrier to initiate and coordinate the insurance claim process. For shipping damage inside outer cartons, please contact us immediately for instructions. Bruised boxes do not constitute shipping damage and will not be accepted as a reason for damage claim. Items received in bruised boxes still carry the full manufacturer’s warranty and are not returnable for reasons other than warranty issues. Please do not return damaged-in-shipment merchandise yourself. It could jeopardize your claim and prevent you from receiving credit for the return. If you feel a package has been lost during transit or has missing items or parts, please contact us with the order or invoice number and a list of the missing items. We will initiate a tracer on missing packages and coordinate a claim if the carrier does not complete delivery within 10 days of the scheduled delivery date. If it is determined that a package has been lost, we will reship the missing merchandise or issue credit for the items not received.
